Privacy statement
This website sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. The only personal data it handles is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email.
1. Who we are
OTDMT provides near-miss intelligence and proactive safety training software for health, safety and environment teams. For the data described in this statement, OTDMT is the data controller. You can reach us at privacy@otdmt.tech.
How camera images are handled at a facility where our software runs is described in the separate video surveillance and safety analytics notice. In that context the facility operator is the controller and OTDMT is the processor.
2. What this website collects
Contact form and email
If you write to us through the form on the start page or by email, we receive the information you provide: your name, work email address, company or site, what you would like to discuss, and your message. We use it to answer you, to arrange a conversation or a walkthrough, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
Technical access data
Our hosting provider records the technical data that every web server needs to deliver a page: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, the browser type and the referring page. This data is used for security, to keep the site available and to diagnose faults. It is not combined with the contact form data and is not used to build profiles.
Preferences stored in your browser
If you pause motion on the site, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage under the key otdmt-motion so the page remembers your choice. It contains no personal data, is never sent to us and can be removed by clearing your browser's site data.
What we do not do
- No analytics or advertising trackers, and no tracking cookies.
- No fonts, scripts, videos or images loaded from third-party servers.
- No mailing lists: we write to you only in reply to your enquiry.
3. Lawful basis
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a proposal: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b); Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Article 5(2)(c)).
- Technical access data and security: our legitimate interest in operating a secure and available website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f); Law No. 6698, Article 5(2)(f)).
4. Retention

5. Processors and transfers
The website and its contact form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, United States, which processes the technical access data and form submissions on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your request as the basis for processing, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye, or the data protection authority of your country in the European Union.
To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@otdmt.tech. We answer within 30 days.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Browsers are instructed to load resources exclusively from this domain, and pages cannot be embedded in other sites. Contact form submissions are stored in the hosting provider's protected dashboard and are accessible only to named OTDMT staff.
8. Changes
We update this statement when the website or our processing changes. The version and effective date appear at the top of the page.
